RETURNS POLICY

 

We hate getting too serious, but it's best to let you know our policy when it comes to pieces you want to send back to us. It goes a little something like this:

Return for refund

We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and we will gladly provide you with a refund or exchange for full priced items only where:

 

  • the goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact;

  • the goods have not been worn, damaged or washed;

  • the goods are returned within 30 working days from purchase date; and

  • the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.

 

Alternatively we will provide you with a refund at our discretion for items that:

 

  • are faulty (unless caused by you);

  • have been wrongly described;

  • are different to the goods that you ordered;

 

All returns must be returned to Carlie Ballard within 30 working days to be eligible for a refund. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the client. Returns after this period will not be accepted. If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original card of purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges.

Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We are happy to exchange items that are not the right fit. (subject to availability) Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We will gladly offer a credit note on sale items. Please note all return shipping costs to Carlie Ballard are the responsbility of the client.

 

Exchanges will only be accepted if the;

 

  • goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact;

  • goods have not been worn, damaged or washed;

  • goods are returned within 30 working days of purchase date; and

  • original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

 

Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Carlie Ballard take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable and are at your expense.

Carlie Ballard will reimburse any reasonable documented shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.

To return an item

  1. Notify Carlie Ballard via email at returns@carlieballard.com stating the item you would like to return and the reasons why. If you would like to exchange, please specify the alternate choice in your email.
  2. Once approved, pack your item in secure packaging and send to the below address.
  3. Please include a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.
